About Eny

Hi love, my name is Engrácia Castelo,
also known as Eny — The Pain Alchemist.

I was born in Angola and raised by the most warm, wise, and wildly loving mother. My early years were filled with sun, softness, and ocean breeze. But everything shifted when I moved to Germany at 10 — from warmth to emotional coldness, from being seen to being invisible.

 

That’s where I became the “good girl,” the responsible one, the one who carried too much, too soon.

But pain didn’t break me — it shaped me.
And eventually, it transformed me.

​

For years, I was a full-time business owner, running a successful sales agency, building beauty brands, and coaching women in business. Then life hit — hard. I lost everything. I spiraled. I fell into survival.

 

But I also unburied myself. I slowed down. I listened. And I chose to begin again — softer, wiser, and more honest than ever.

 

Today, I’m rebuilding a life rooted in purpose and peace.

• Certified Transformation & Happiness Coach

• Licensed Cosmetologist & Wellness & Massage Therapist

• Bachelor of Business Administration graduate

 

And above all — I’m a storyteller.
