Coming Home to Softness: Why I’m Creating Life on My Terms Now.

For years, I built with fire. Ambition, pressure, survival — I knew them well.I built a business from the ground up, became a sales agency owner, and poured my energy into making it work.
And it did — until it didn’t.
I lost everything. The success, the stability, the vision I’d wrapped my identity around. And in that rubble, I was left with the one thing I never gave myself: Softness.
✧ What I Never Knew I Needed
I didn’t know rest could be productive.I didn’t know joy could be a strategy.I didn’t know that sometimes, the most radical thing you can do… is slow down.
And so I did.
I stopped chasing and started listening.I became a reading tutor for children — something that made my heart full.I got certified in wellness, happiness, and transformation coaching — not for the title, but for the healing.I enrolled in massage therapy, created rituals, and found peace in simple mornings.
I remembered who I was before the world told me to be “strong.”
✧ Redefining Success, My Way
Now, success looks different. It feels like working with intention — not exhaustion. It feels like giving from overflow, not depletion. It feels like walking barefoot in truth — not running in someone else’s shoes.
I still have goals. I still desire abundance. But I want them to come from alignment, not adrenaline.
✧ Why This Blog Exists
This space isn’t about performance. It’s about permission.
To feel. To reflect. To heal. To rewrite your own story.
I created The Pain Alchemist blog as a safe place for women like me — women who are done pretending, done hustling in silence, done abandoning themselves.
We’re not here to be perfect. We’re here to be whole.
✧ What’s Next
More softness. More structure. More soul. I’m sharing my journey — and inviting you into yours. We’ll explore inner healing, feminine business, journaling, rituals, and self-reclamation.
Because life is too precious to survive through. It’s meant to be felt, savored, and softly rebuilt — on your terms.
With love,
Engrácia (Eny)
